How to find change log for SAP CRM BP marketing attributes?

For your info Table: AUSP contents all marketing attribute of BP

1.       Go to table BUT000 (via t-code se16)

Find BP GUID

2.       Table CRMD_AUSP_HIST

With GUID of BP (from step 1) find list of changes:

Here you will find all changes, which were done with martk. Attr.

Changed On is date…Should be readed from end 20150504= 4^th of April 2015

3.       Table Cabn -  To find for change for specific marketing attr., you need to fine code of marketing attrib. in table Cabn.

Take name of attribute from t-code BP in tab Marketing Attributes. 

Put name of attribute it in table Cabn and find

Back to table CRMD_AUSP_HIST and put it into Internal char. field

You also can put name of attribute.

Check changes:

When you are trying to copy all lines in table, you have to do it page by page manually or copy to excel

Otherwise you will get message: Not all lines where copied to clipboard

You have to hold “Page down” key until end of list and then highlight header and copy!

1.       Go to the end by pressing Page Down, and highlight last entry

2.       Then press on header

3.       Copy

Result –all copied to clipboard.

To check which fields in object use next transactions

R3AC1 – check filters for business objects

R3AC3 – check filters for customizing objects

R3AC5 – check filters for condition objects

 

i.e. R3AC3 check for cust object

SAP How to edit table records with debugging?

Do delete lines we need to do debugging:

• Select line and go into View mode

Put /h  and press Enter TWO times

Press on code, then press button Change and write DELE, Enter, F8

Then you will get and Delete mode instead of view.

Press Delete to delete

For edit, put value of code EDIT, and you will get Edit mode
